The World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, is an annual entertainment of the many efficient world economists, decision-makers as well as politicians. But on top of annual meetings, the Davos forum is a henceforth functioning general think-tank. And these days, the bulletin of the 2008 Forum is being finalized.
